Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping times vary by location and do not include customs or clearance delays:
• United States: 3–7 business days
• Canada & Europe: 3–7 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 5–10 business days
• Central & South America: 5–15 business days
• Asia: 7–15 business days
• Africa: 15–30 business days
Maximum delivery timeframe: up to 20 business days (excluding processing time).

Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to monitor the delivery status of your package at any time.

Orders are shipped from our U.S. fulfillment center in Chicago, using globally and domestically sourced ingredients.

Incorrect Shipping Address
